Here we grow again! Today, we are pleased to announce the acquisition of Cirrus9, a leading managed cloud hosting solution provider based in Saint John, New Brunswick. This acquisition expands Carbon60’s presence in Atlantic Canada providing coast-to-coast presence for mid-market to enterprise businesses at various stages of their hybrid cloud transformation. We welcome the Cirrus9 team led by Fred Bullock, Co-Founder and CEO, who joins our management team as SVP Business Solutions.
Cirrus9 shares a similar culture and approach as Carbon60 with a vision to solve complex technical challenges with a white-glove client experience and security by design. Cirrus9 works with customers in various industry verticals including natural resources, healthcare and technology as an extension of their IT teams to help them focus on their core business. This approach will be a seamless fit with Carbon60’s established processes that meet the needs of our more traditional clients as well as agile DevOps support methodologies to support cloud native clients.
