New Phase Begins for Carbon60 with Investment from M/C Partners and Merger with Gossamer Threads

Today is an exciting day for Carbon60 Networks. We announced a new investment partner in M/C Partners and a merger with Gossamer Threads (GT.net), a managed cloud services company in Vancouver, BC. These events position Carbon60 to reach new heights to ultimately help customers manage IT better. The managed cloud market is poised for significant growth over the next five years and today’s announcements validate our strategy to establish a leadership position.

We welcome M/C Partners to our board and having worked with them in the past I am looking forward to the industry perspective they will offer to our team. They have significant experience in our market segment globally with both current and past portfolio investments. I’m also excited to welcome Alex Krohn, founder and CEO of GT.net to our management team as CTO to evolve our product and service offerings and the entire GT.net team to execute on our growth strategy.
