Jeff Azar · April 23, 2016 · Jeff leads the talented operations team which includes infrastructure engineering, service management and the service desk. Jeff is an experienced IT leader having worked in both the public and private sectors for over 30 years. He has built and led global support, implementation and engineering teams and developed global ITIL based processes and client advocacy programs for companies including Fusepoint, TELUS and PSINet. Most recently, Jeff led the Global Cloud Support and Global Client Advocacy teams for CenturyLink (formerly Savvis) where he was instrumental in rolling out a global follow-the-sun support model and built strategic voice of the customer programs. Jeff is a strong advocate of the Leadership Challenge framework developed by Kouzes & Posner and is a Net Promoter Certified Associate.
