Cloud Disaster Recovery

Keep your workloads protected with complete cloud disaster recovery.

When a disaster occurs, whether it’s a natural disaster, cyberattack or power outage, you need to ensure your data is protected and your IT is resilient to prevent data loss. But disaster recovery planning should be unique to your organization, so we build each cloud disaster recovery solution around that premise — from design to implementation.

Your Cloud DR-as-a-Service Provider

With more than a decade of cloud-based disaster recovery expertise, our disaster recovery strategies go beyond simple data backups to ensure all your critical workloads are protected in our third-party cloud environment. Each disaster recovery strategy is tuned to your business priorities and compliance needs.

Built on our hosting platform with direct integration into Zerto’s replication software, Carbon60 cloud DR-as-a-service with Zerto offers increased flexibility, customized runbook functionality, optimized recovery point objectives (RPOs) and near-zero recovery time objectives (RTOs) so you have more control over your disaster recovery plan with automated failover and failback.

Key Benefits:

Disaster Recovery - Virtual protection groups

Virtual Protection Groups

Grouping and tiering virtual machines (VMs) for protection ensures consistent RPOs across all grouped machines. By grouping VMs that support multi-tier applications, you can perform partial failovers within that group, reducing costs and simplifying failback.

Disaster Recovery - DNS failover

DNS Failover

DNS management can be performed from the same location where you manage cloud computing resources and disaster recovery. Easily manage your public IP blocks, DNS zones and records, and make updates to all your DNS records in the event of a failover.

Disaster Recovery - failover assistance

Failover Assistance

We create a custom runbook, manage the failover process and provide alerts and reporting about the failover in the Zerto console. This provides a critical layer of extra support when it counts.

Disaster Recovery - recovery point objectives

Recovery Point Objective

Define your own recovery point objectives (RPOs) for your VMs or groups of VMs. A checkpoint journal at the recovery site can store RPO points from 1 to 720 hours, enabling restores to points before the disaster.

Why Choose Carbon60 Cloud Disaster Recovery Services?

White-Glove Support

Exceptional service from the beginning. White glove onboarding ensures both you and the Carbon60 support team have a defined set of procedures in case of a disaster recovery event.

DRaaS Specific SLA

We crafted an SLA specifically to address the complexities of DRaaS that a generic SLA wouldn’t— because we know what business continuity means for you, your applications, and your revenue.

Best-of-Breed Partnerships

We partner with Zerto, an industry-leading, all-in-one cloud data management and protection platform based on the foundation of continuous data protection.

Managed Failover Tests

Testing your disaster recovery environment annually ensures everything is working in case of an emergency. Carbon60’s engineers and operations staff will test the recovery process according to the runbook.
